How fast is delivery?
Most orders in the GTA are delivered within 60 minutes. Larger or remote-area orders may take a bit longer.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order anything from a single item — flat $7 delivery, no tips required.
Can I talk to a pharmacist?
Yes — use the chat icon at the bottom of any page to start a conversation with a licensed pharmacist.
Do you sell prescription medications?
InstaCare currently focuses on over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and wellness essentials. Prescription items are coming soon.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with 60-minute delivery in York Region.
